Tampa Delivery Service LLC is the Best DSP operating in the state of Florida. We go by TPBY when working with Amazon and are seeking highly qualified motivated candidates to join our growing Team in the Land O’ Lakes Area (34638) delivering Amazon parcels! Highly successful and high energy, TPBY is crushing goals and changing the game of Last Mile Delivery! Starting pay for drivers is $18.50/hour, with Step van drivers making a shift differential. Overtime hours available at 1.5x normal rate. After 30 days of full time employment, new hires will be eligible for our comprehensive medical benefits. Bonus compensation available for Delivery Associates that excel in Safety, Efficiency, and Customer Service. A 30-minute lunch break, as well as two 15-minute breaks allotted during a full day. All delivery routes are engineered to be completed in 10 hours or less. Work shifts will begin at 10:55am. Attendance and on-time arrival for the start of each shift is crucial. If you are/were frequently late in previous positions, you will not succeed. Paid Classroom-style training and some online based videos will be required before drivers will be allowed to make deliveries.
